If a customer needs to return a power tool, what's the simplest way for them to do it, and what are the main things they need to know beforehand?

The simplest way to return an item is to contact us first at sales@leegarthtools.com or 01302 811888 to obtain a return authorisation. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition. After the machine has been checked and is ok, we will issue a refund 

Can I track my order once it's been dispatched?
